The Queen arrived at Buckingham Palace this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales this morning departed Jordan for Kuwait and was received upon arrival at Kuwait Safat International Airport this afternoon by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the State of Kuwait (His Excellency Mr Matthew Lodge).

His Royal Highness then attended a Meeting with The Crown Prince of the State of Kuwait.

Afterwards The Prince of Wales, accompanied by The Crown Prince, was received by The Amir of the State of Kuwait at Bayaan Palace, Kuwait City, and remained to Luncheon.

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Meeting with Sheikh Nasser Sabah Al Ahmed Al Sabah at Bayaan Palace.

The Prince of Wales later received the Chairman of the Kuwait Investment Authority at Bubyan Two Palace, Kuwait City.

His Royal Highness subsequently attended a Reception onboard HMS Dauntless alongside Shuwaikh Port, Kuwait City.

The Prince of Wales this evening attended a Meeting with Sheikh Nasser Mohammed Al Ahmed Al Sabah at Shuwaikh Palace, Kuwait City.

The Duke of York, Grand President, Royal Commonwealth Ex-Services League, this afternoon received General the Lord Richards of Herstmonceux (Deputy Grand President) and Lieutenant Colonel Christopher Warren (Secretary General).

His Royal Highness, Fellow, the Royal Society, this evening attended an Advisory Board Dinner at 6-9 Carlton House Terrace, London SW1.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Butler Trust, this morning visited HM Prison and Young Offender Institution Parc, Bridgend, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Mid Glamorgan (Mrs Kathrin Thomas).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Royal National Lifeboat Institution Porthcawl Lifeboat Station, the Esplanade, Porthcawl, Mid Glamorgan, on the occasion of its Fiftieth Anniversary.

The Princess Royal, President, the Mission to Seafarers Limited, later visited the Newport Mission, Alexandra Docks, Newport, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gwent (Mr Simon Boyle).
