The Queen gave a Reception to celebrate the Patronages and Affiliations of The Earl and Countess of Wessex at Buckingham Palace this evening.

The Prince of Wales this morning departed Kuwait for Saudi Arabia and was received upon arrival at King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh, by the Governor of Riyadh (Prince Faisal bin Bander).

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Meeting with The Crown Prince of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at Al Yamama Palace, Riyadh.

The Prince of Wales was received subsequently by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz of Saudi Arabia and remained to Luncheon.

His Royal Highness later attended a Meeting with Prince Miteb bin Abdullah (Minister for the National Guard) at the Conference Palace, Riyadh.

The Prince of Wales this evening attended a Dinner with Prince Al Waleed bin Talal bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in Riyadh.

The Duchess of Cambridge this afternoon visited the Bethlem and Maudsley Hospital School, Monks Orchard Road, Beckenham, Kent.

The Duke of York, Patron, British Deaf Association, this morning received Mr Terence Riley (Chairman) and Mr David Buxton (Chief Executive).

His Royal Highness, Chairman, Inspiring Digital Enterprise Award, held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal, Colonel-in-Chief, The Royal Logistic Corps, this morning visited 7 Regiment, Kendrew Barracks, Cottesmore, Oakham, Rutland.

Her Royal Highness, President, the English-Speaking Union of the Commonwealth, later received Sir Peter Jennings upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman and the Lord Boateng upon assuming the appointment.

Ms Jane Easton (Director General) was present.

The Princess Royal, Past Master, the Worshipful Company of Butchers, this evening attended the City Food Lecture at Guildhall, Gresham Street, London EC2.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent this evening departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Germany.
