Buckingham Palace

By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Faik Ferik Abdileziz Nerweyi at 21 Queen’s Gate, London SW7, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Iraq to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, this evening attended a Reception to mark the launch of WOW — Women of the World Festival at the Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, London SE1, and was received by Mrs Rosemary Prescott (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal this morning opened the Ambulance Special Operations Centre, Dakota Way, Skypark, Clyst Honiton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Sir Eric Dancer).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux, this afternoon opened the new Exeter Citizens Advice Bureau at Dix’s Field, Exeter, Devon.

The Princess Royal, Royal Patron, Hft, later visited the Supported Living Residence, Redhouse, Chudleigh Knighton, and afterwards attended a Reception at Hft Exeter Office, 28-31 Teignbridge Business Centre, Cavalier Road, Heathfield Industrial Estate, Newton Abbot, Devon.
