The Duke of Kent this afternoon attended a Service in Canterbury Cathedral to commemorate the Two Hundredth Anniversary of the arrival of the dispatch carrying news of the Battle of Waterloo, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kent (the Viscount De L’Isle).
