By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Otabek Akbarov at 41 Holland Park, London W11, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Court of St James’s.

The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Wellington College Real Tennis Court Appeal, this afternoon broke ground in a ceremony on the site of the new Real Tennis Court at Wellington College, Crowthorne, Berkshire.

The Princess Royal this afternoon opened Millfield Trust’s Genesis Building at 237 Union Street, Stonehouse, Plymouth, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Devon (Mr David Fursdon).

Her Royal Highness afterwards opened Plymouth Community Homes’ Beacon Community Hub, 163 North Prospect Road, Plymouth.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, the Strawberry Hill Trust, this evening attended a Reception onboard the Royal Row BargeGloriana, followed by a Dinner at Strawberry Hill House, 268 Waldegrave Road, Twickenham, Middlesex.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President, All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, today attended the Lawn Tennis Championships at Church Road, Wimbledon, London SW19.
