The Queen held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Honorary Life Member, Marylebone Cricket Club, this morning attended the Test Match between England and Australia at Lord’s Cricket Ground, St John’s Wood, London NW8.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by Sir Timothy Colman KG at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of the Earl of Leicester which was held in Norwich Cathedral this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales was represented by the Marquess of Cholmondeley.

The Earl and Countess of Wessex were represented by Sir Nicholas Bacon, Bt.

The Princess Royal was represented by Lady Carew Pole.

The Duke and Duchess of Kent were represented by Mr Anthony Duckworth-Chad.

Today is the Anniversary of the Birthday of The Duchess of Cornwall.

The Duke of York, Past Captain, today attended the Open Championship at the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, Fife.

The Princess Royal, President, Riding for the Disabled Association, this afternoon attended the National Championships at Hartpury College, Hartpury House, Hartpury, and was received by Mr Edward Gillespie (Deputy Lieutenant of Gloucestershire).

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, the Lawn Tennis Association, today attended the Davis Cup Tie Matches between Great Britain and France at the Queen’s Club, Palliser Road, London W14.
