By command of The Queen, Ms Anna Clunes (Vice-Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Abdou Sourang at 39 Marloes Road, London W8, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Senegal to the Court of St James’s.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay this morning visited the Environmental Research Institute at the University of the Highlands and Islands, Thurso, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Caithness (Miss Anne Dunnett).

His Royal Highness later visited Caithness Artists’ Eightieth Annual Exhibition, Thurso High School, Ormlie Road, Thurso.

The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay afterwards visited Dunnet Bay Distillery, Dunnet.
