Divine Service was held in Crathie Parish Church this morning.

The sermon was given by Reverend Catherine Buchan.

The Queen, Patron, received Mr William Meston upon his retirement as Secretary of the Braemar Royal Highland Society.

The Prince of Wales, Patron, the Battle of Britain Fighter Association, attended a Service of Thanksgiving and Rededication to mark the Seventy Fifth Anniversary of the Battle of Britain, Westminster Abbey, London SW1.

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, the Lawn Tennis Association, today attended the Davis Cup Tie Matches between Great Britain and Australia at the Emirates Arena, 1000 London Road, Glasgow, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow (Councillor Sadie Docherty, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President, Royal National Lifeboat Institution, this morning named the Shannon Class Royal National Lifeboat Institution Lifeboat Patsy Knight at the Royal Norfolk and Suffolk Yacht Club, Royal Plain, Lowestoft, Suffolk.

His Royal Highness, President of the Board of Trustees, Imperial War Museum, this afternoon visited the Battle of Britain Anniversary Air Show, held at Duxford, Cambridgeshire.
