His Excellency Mr Girish Nunkoo was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of Mauritius in London.

Mrs Nunkoo was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Mr Alisher Kurmanov was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Court of St James’s.

The Baroness Chisholm of Owlpen (Baroness in Waiting) was present at Heathrow Airport, London, this afternoon upon the Arrival of The President of the Arab Republic of Egypt and welcomed His Excellency on behalf of The Queen.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon arrived at Wellington International Airport, New Zealand, and were received by Commander Charles Barker (Honorary Aide-de-Camp to the Governor-General), the Rt Hon John Key MP (Prime Minister of New Zealand) and Her Worship Celia Wade-Brown (Mayor of Wellington).

Their Royal Highnesses later laid a Wreath at the National War Memorial, Pukeahu National War Memorial Park, Wellington.

The Prince of Wales this evening attended a Reception for Members of the New Zealand Parliament given by the Governor-General of New Zealand (Lieutenant General the Rt Hon Sir Jeremiah Mateparae) at Government House, Wellington.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Army Families Federation, today received Mrs Margaret Pedder upon assuming her appointment as Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Mrs Catherine Spencer upon relinquishing her appointment as Chief Executive and Mrs Sara Baade upon assuming the appointment.
