By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) this morning received His Excellency Mr Berhanu Kebede at St James’s Palace in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Court of St James’s.
