The Duchess of Gloucester, Royal Colonel, 7th Battalion The Rifles, this afternoon received Lieutenant Colonel James Bryant upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel Graham Cox upon assuming the appointment.
