The Queen was represented by the Lord Fellowes (Secretary and Registrar of the Order of Merit) at the Memorial Service for Professor Owen Chadwick OM which was held in Great St Mary’s, the University Church, Senate House Hill, Cambridge, this afternoon.

The Duke of Edinburgh was represented by the Lord Rees of Ludlow OM.

The Prince of Wales was represented by Mr Neil MacGregor OM.

The Duke of York was represented by Sir Richard Dearlove.
