The Princess Royal today attended the commissioning ceremony of HMS CERES as a Maritime Reserve Training Unit at Carr Lodge, Carlton Barracks, Carlton Gate, Leeds, and was received by Mr. Michael Fox (Deputy Lieutenant of West Yorkshire).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Scottish Rugby Union, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this afternoon attended the International Rugby Match between Scotland and England at Murrayfield, Edinburgh, and was received by Mr. Kingsley Thomas (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh).
