The Prince of Wales this morning received the Lord Curry of Kirkharle (Trustee, The Prince’s Countryside Fund). His Royal Highness, Patron, the National Gallery, this evening attended the opening of the Exhibition Delacroix and the Rise of Modern Art at the National Gallery, Trafalgar Square, London WC2.
His Royal Highness was received by Wing Commander Michael Dudgeon (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).
Buckingham Palace
The Princess Royal, Patron, the Royal College of Midwives, this morning visited the maternity unit at Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Baglan Way, Port Talbot, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Glamorgan (Mr. Byron Lewis).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Butler Trust, this afternoon visited HM Prison Swansea, 200 Oystermouth Road, Swansea, to mark the Twenty Fifth Anniversary of the Listener Scheme.
The Princess Royal then later visited the Community Horse and Pony Scheme, at Cefn Golau Park, which is based at Cefn Stylle Road, in Gowerton, Swansea.
