His Excellency Mr Navtej Sarna was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of India in London.
Dr Avina Sarna was also received by Her Majesty.

The Queen, Patron, and The Duke of Edinburgh this evening attended a Reception given by the Royal Commonwealth Society for the Commonwealth High Commissioners’ Banquet at Guildhall, London EC2, and were received by the Rt Hon the Lord Mayor (Alderman the Lord Mountevans) and the Chairman of the Royal Commonwealth Society (Mrs Claire Whitaker).
The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, this afternoon attended a Luncheon to mark the One Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary of Cardiff and County Club, Westgate Street, Cardiff, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan (Dr Peter Beck).
The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by Mr Charles Anson (formerly Press Secretary to Her Majesty) at the Service of Thanksgiving for the Life of Mr Peter Dimmock which was held in St Bride’s Church, Fleet Street, London EC4, this morning.

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this morning departed from Croatia for Serbia and were received upon arrival in Belgrade by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the Republic of Serbia (His Excellency Mr Denis Keefe).
Their Royal Highnesses were received by The President of the Republic of Serbia and Mrs Nikolic.
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall, with The President and Mrs Nikolić, afterwards laid a wreath at the Memorial Crypt of the Belgrade Defenders, Belgrade New Cemetery, Belgrade.
Their Royal Highnesses, with The President of the Republic of Serbia and Mrs Nikolic, subsequently laid a wreath at the Commonwealth War Graves Cemetery, Belgrade.
The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall visited Kalmejdan Fortress.
The Prince of Wales later attended an inter-faith dialogue at Princess Ljublica’s Residence, Belgrade.
His Royal Highness subsequently called upon the Archbishop of Pec, Metropolitan of Belgrade-Karlovci and Patriarch of the Serbian Orthodox Church (His Holiness Patriarch Irinej Gavrilovic of Serbia).

Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Atina and met survivors of rape and domestic abuse.
