His Royal Highness afterwards visited Soho House, Birmingham, to mark the Two Hundred and Fiftieth Anniversary of the Lunar Society and was received by Mr. David Clarke (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon opened Birmingham Dogs Home Rehoming and Welfare Centre, Birmingham Centre, Catherine-de-Barnes Lane, Catherine-de-Barnes, Solihull, and was received by the Earl of Aylesford (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, this morning attended a Service of Thanksgiving in Peterborough Cathedral to mark the Fiftieth Anniversary of Shine, followed by a Reception.
