Windsor Castle

The Duke of Edinburgh this morning attended a Celebration of Shakespeare Service in Southwark Cathedral, London SE1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Mr. Kenneth Olisa).

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this afternoon visited New Place, Chapel Lane, Stratford-upon-Avon, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Warwickshire (Mr. Timothy Cox).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Holy Trinity Church, Old Town, Stratford-upon-Avon.

The Prince of Wales, President, Royal Shakespeare Company, and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening attended a Gala Performance of “Shakespeare Live! from the Royal Shakespeare Company” to mark the Four Hundredth Anniversary of the Death of William Shakespeare at the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon.

The Duke of Kent, Colonel-in-Chief, this morning presented new Colours to 1st Battalion The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers, Mooltan Barracks, Tidworth Garrison, Tidworth, Hampshire.
