The Queen, Patron, The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Regimental Association, today received Brigadier Bruce Russell and Colonel AKM Miller who briefed Her Majesty on the redevelopment of The Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders Museum at Stirling Castle.

The Rt Hon Nicola Sturgeon MSP (First Minister of the Scottish Government) was received in audience by The Queen this afternoon.

The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh this evening gave a Reception to Recognise Public Service in Scotland at the Palace of Holyroodhouse.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, today attended Receptions at the Palace of Holyroodhouse for young people who have achieved the Gold Standard in the Award.

The Duke of York, Patron, the Peter Jones Foundation, this afternoon attended the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy Graduation Ceremony and presented the National Entrepreneur of the Year Award at Freemasons’ Hall, 60 Great Queen Street, London WC2.

The Earl of Wessex, Royal Honorary Colonel, The Royal Wessex Yeomanry, this morning held a Meeting.

The Countess of Wessex, Patron, this morning visited Morden College, 19 St Germans Place, London SE3, and opened Alexander Court, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London. (Mr Kenneth Olisa).

Her Royal Highness, Chairman, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Women’s Network Forum, this afternoon chaired a Meeting at Ogilvy and Mather Group UK, Sea Containers, 18 Upper Ground, London SE1.

The Princess Royal this morning named Red Funnel’s new passenger ferry at Trinity Landing, the Parade, Cowes, and attended a Reception at the Royal Yacht Squadron, the Castle, Cowes, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Isle of Wight (Major General Martin White).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, United Kingdom Sailing Academy, this afternoon attended the Year Six Regatta Event, Arctic Road, Cowes.

The Princess Royal, President, Royal Yachting Association, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this evening attended the Sail for Gold Ball at the London Hilton on Park Lane, 22 Park Lane, London W1.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, President, All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club, this afternoon attended the Lawn Tennis Championships, Church Road, London SW19.
