The Duke of Gloucester, Royal Colonel, 6th Battalion The Rifles, this morning received Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Harper upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel Jonathan Penhale upon assuming the appointment.
