Buckingham Palace

The Queen, accompanied by The Duke of Edinburgh, this morning opened the National Cyber Security Centre, Victoria Street, London SW1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Mr Kenneth Olisa) and the Director of Government Communications Headquarters (Mr Robert Hannigan).

Her Majesty, accompanied by the Director, and His Royal Highness, accompanied by Mr Ciaran Martin (Director-General, National Cyber Security Centre), viewed an exhibition of historical items and examples of present and future security threats and met members of staff and apprentices.

Clarence House

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, Royal Voluntary Service, this morning attended a Vintage Tea Party, Trinity Centre, Trinity Road, Bristol, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol (Mrs John Prior).

Her Royal Highness afterwards visited the National Headquarters of Women’s Aid, Bristol.

The Duchess of Cornwall this afternoon visited local food producers in North Street, Bedminster, Bristol.

Her Royal Highness, Lady Patron, this evening attended a Reception at the Cavalry and Guards Club, Piccadilly, London W1.

The Duchess of Cornwall subsequently attended a Dinner given by The Queen’s Body Guard of the Yeomen of the Guard at the Cavalry and Guards Club.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Cambridge, Patron, Mountain Rescue Council of England and Wales, this morning received Mr Michael France (Chairman, Mountain Rescue England and Wales).

The Duchess of Cambridge, Honorary Air Commandant, the Air Cadet Organisation, this morning visited a development camp at Royal Air Force Wittering, Peterborough, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Cambridgeshire (Sir Hugh Duberly).

The Duke of York, Founder, Pitch@Palace, today attended Pitch@Palace on Tour for entrepreneurs and potential supporters at KPMG Birmingham, One Snowhill, Snowhill Queensway, Birmingham, and was received by Mr Richard Boot (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

The Duke of York, representing The Queen, Patron, this afternoon visited the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents, Rospa House, 28 Calthorpe Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, to mark its Centenary.

His Royal Highness this evening attended the Education Trust Supper for the Worshipful Company of Scientific Instrument Makers, Glaziers Hall, 9 Montague Close, London SE1.

The Princess Royal, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this morning opened the Edinburgh Imaging Facility, Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, 51 Little France Drive, Edinburgh, and the Edinburgh Imaging Facility, the Queen’s Medical Research Institute, 47 Little France Crescent, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Donald Wilson, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

Her Royal Highness, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this afternoon attended a Reception to raise awareness of the Salvesen Mindroom Centre at the Playfair Library Hall, Old College, South Bridge, Edinburgh.
