Buckingham Palace

The following were received in audience by The Queen today and kissed hands upon their appointment as Her Majesty’s Ambassadors: Mr Alistair Morgan (the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) and Mr Dominic Shroeder (the Kingdom of Denmark).

Mrs Morgan and Mrs Shroeder were also received by Her Majesty.

The following were received in audience by The Queen upon their appointment as British High Commissioner: Mr Timothy Stew (the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago) and Miss Alison Blake (the People’s Republic of Bangladesh).

Ms Amanda Parsons and Colonel Peter Henry were received by Her Majesty.

The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this evening.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, this evening held a Reception to mark the Sixty Fifth Anniversary of Action Medical Research at Buckingham Palace.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales, Patron, Step Up To Serve, this morning held an Advisory Council Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

His Royal Highness later received General Sir Adrian Bradshaw upon relinquishing his appointment as Deputy Supreme Allied Commander Europe.

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Trust, this afternoon attended the Celebrate Success Awards at the London Palladium, Argyll Street, London W1, and was received by Dr Paul Knapman (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

His Royal Highness, Patron, Samaritans, this evening held a Reception at Clarence House.

The Duchess of Cornwall, Honorary Member, the Jockey Club, today attended the Cheltenham Festival at Cheltenham Racecourse and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Dame Janet Trotter).

Kensington Palace

Prince Henry of Wales this morning visited The Queen’s Commonwealth Canopy project at Epping Forest and was received by Major Jeremy Fern (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London) and Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Essex (the Lord Petre).

The Duke of York, Founder, Pitch@Palace, today held Pitch@Palace Bootcamp at the University of Nottingham, University Park, Nottingham.

His Royal Highness this afternoon opened George Green Library, University of Nottingham.

The Countess of Wessex, Vice-Patron, The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, today carried out engagements in Malawi.

Her Royal Highness this morning visited the Lions International Sight First Eye Unit, Kamuzu Central Hospital, Lilongwe.

The Countess of Wessex afterwards visited Mchesi Primary School in Lilongwe.

Her Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Reception given by the British High Commissioner to the Republic of Malawi (Her Excellency Ms Holly Tett). at the British High Commission in Lolongwe.

The Countess of Wessex later visited the “Girls Arise for Change” project, SOS Children’s Village, M1, Area 24, Lilongwe.

Her Royal Highness afterwards visited the “Loud Ink Project”, Kamuzu Institue, Area 17, Lilongwe.

The Countess of Wessex this evening attended a Reception for Malawi Young Leaders given by the British High Commissioner at the Residence in Lilongwe.

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Grand Prior, the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St John of Jerusalem, this morning received the Hon Mr Paul de Jersey (Deputy Prior of Queensland).

His Royal Highness, Vice-President, Lepra, this afternoon held a Tea at Buckingham Palace.

The Duke of Gloucester, Patron, the Built Environment Trust, this evening attended a Dinner at the Building Centre, 26 Store Street, London WC1.
