The Rt Hon Theresa May MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen this afternoon.
The Queen held a Council at 3.30pm.

The Duke of Edinburgh, Colonel-in-Chief, Corps of Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, this morning received Lieutenant General Andrew Figgures upon relinquishing his appointment as Master General and Lieutenant General Paul Jaques upon assuming the appointment.
His Royal Highness, Honorary Life Member, Marylebone Cricket Club, this afternoon opened the new Warner Stand, Lord’s Cricket Ground, St John’s Wood Road, London NW8, and was received by Wing Commander Michael Dudgeon (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).
The Duke of Edinburgh was represented by Colonel Richard Aubrey-Fletcher (President, the Grenadier Guards Association) at the Memorial Service for Captain David Horn (formerly Grenadier Guards and Curator of the Guards Museum) which was held in the Guards Chapel, Wellington Barracks, Birdcage Walk, London SW1, this morning.
