Buckingham Palace

His Excellency Mr. Orville London was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Commission as High Commissioner for the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago in London.

Mrs. London was also received by Her Majesty.

His Excellency Archbishop Edward Joseph Adams was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Apostolic Nuncio from the Holy See to the Court of St. James’s.

Sir Simon McDonald (Permanent Under-Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.

Her Majesty, Colonel-in-Chief, Adjutant General’s Corps, received Colonel Frances Castle (Colonel) and other representatives of the Corps to mark its Twenty Fifth Anniversary.

His Royal Highness this afternoon attended a Reception to mark the closure of the Overseas Service Pensioners’ Association, at the Grand Connaught Rooms, 61-65 Great Queen Street, London WC2, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Mr. Kenneth Olisa).

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s School of Traditional Arts, later held a Meeting at Clarence House.

His Royal Highness, President, the Birmingham Royal Ballet, this evening held a Gala at Buckingham Palace.

The Duchess of Cornwall, President, South of England Agricultural Society, this morning visited the South of England Show, Ardingly, to mark its Fiftieth Anniversary and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Sussex (Mrs. Susan Pyper).

Prince Henry of Wales, Patron, Invictus Games, this morning visited the site of the 2018 Invictus Games at Sydney Olympic Park, Australia.

His Royal Highness this evening departed Kingsford Smith Airport, Sydney, for the United Kingdom.

The Earl of Wessex, Royal Honorary Colonel, The London Regiment, this morning attended the Annual Founder’s Day Parade at the Royal Hospital Chelsea, London SW3.

His Royal Highness, Patron, National Youth Theatre of Great Britain, this afternoon visited the Repertory Company at 443-445 Holloway Road, London N7.

The Countess of Wessex this afternoon chaired a Charities Forum at Buckingham Palace.

Her Royal Highness, President, Girlguiding, this evening attended a Reception at 17-19 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1.
