His Royal Highness afterwards visited Edinburgh Construction Skills Academy, Fourthside, West Shore Road, Edinburgh.
The Duke of Gloucester, Vice President, Lepra, this evening attended a Dinner at Edinburgh Castle and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Francis Ross, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).
The Duchess of Gloucester, Chief Patron, this afternoon visited Fleming Fulton School, Upper Malone Road, Belfast, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County Borough of Belfast (Mrs Fionnuala Jay-O’Boyle).

The Duchess of Gloucester this evening attended a Gala Dinner at Belfast City Hall, Donegall Square, Belfast, to celebrate Special Schools in Belfast and, as Chief Patron, to celebrate the Sixtieth Anniversary of Fleming Fulton School.
