Her Royal Highness this afternoon opened “Nucleus”, the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s Nuclear and Caithness Archives, Wick Airport, Wick, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Caithness (the Viscount Thurso of Ulbster).
