Windsor Castle

The Queen this morning attended the Maundy Service in St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, at which Her Majesty distributed the Royal Maundy.

The Queen was received at the North Door of the Chapel by the Dean of Windsor (the Right Reverend David Conner).

The Right Reverend Dr John Inge (Lord High Almoner) and the Reverend Canon Paul Wright (Sub-Almoner) were present.

The Queen’s Body Guard of the Yeomen of the Guard and the Military Knights of Windsor were on duty.

Her Majesty this afternoon joined representatives of the Chapel and the Royal Almonry at a Reception in the Deanery.

The Princess Royal, Guardian, Give Them a Sporting Chance, this morning held a Management Team Planning Meeting.

Her Royal Highness, Guardian, the Chaffinch Trust, this afternoon held a Management Team Meeting.
