The Princess Royal, Commandant-in-Chief, First Aid Nursing Yeomanry (Princess Royal’s Volunteer Corps), this afternoon attended a private view, followed by a Reception, at Yorkshire Sculpture Park, West Bretton, Wakefield, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Yorkshire (Dame Ingrid Roscoe).
Her Royal Highness, Royal Patron, Motor Neurone Disease Association, was represented by Mr. Alun Owen (Chairman, Motor Neurone Disease Association) at the Service of Thanksgiving and Interment of Ashes for Professor Stephen Hawking which was held in Westminster Abbey, London SW1, today.
