The Earl of Wessex, Patron, Edinburgh International Festival, and Patron, National Youth Orchestras of Scotland, this afternoon attended a Reception and Performance at Usher Hall, Lothian Road, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Francis Ross, the Rt. Hon. the Lord Provost).
