Buckingham Palace

By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Steve Katjiuanjo at 6 Chandos Street, London W1, this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as High Commissioner for the Republic of Namibia in London.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning visited the London Ambulance Service Trust Headquarters, Waterloo Road, London SE1, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

The Archbishop of Canterbury was received by His Royal Highness this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales, President, The Prince’s Foundation, later held a Meeting.

His Royal Highness, Patron, the Royal Parks, afterwards received Mr Loyd Grossman (Chairman).

The Prince of Wales and The Duchess of Cornwall this evening held a Gala at Buckingham Palace to celebrate His Royal Highness’s Seventieth Birthday.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex this morning attended the unveiling of a statue to commemorate Talaiasi Labalaba at Nadi International Airport, Fiji.

Their Royal Highnesses afterwards departed for Tonga and were received this afternoon upon arrival at Fua’amotu International Airport by Princess Angelika Latufuipeka Tuku’aho.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were received this evening by The King and Queen of Tonga at Consular House, Nuku’alofa, Tongatapu.

Buckingham Palace

The Princess Royal, Honorary Fellow, the Royal College of Surgeons of England (Faculty of Dental Surgery), this morning attended a Quarterly Board Meeting at 35-43 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, London WC2, and received an Honorary Fellowship.

Her Royal Highness, Royal Patron, National Coastwatch Institution, this afternoon visited Calshot Station and was received by Vice Admiral Sir David Steel (Deputy Lieutenant of Hampshire).

The Princess Royal later rededicated the Ocean Basin at Qinetic, Haslar Marine Technology Park, Haslar Road, Gosport, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr Nigel Atkinson).

Her Royal Highness, Commodore-in-Chief, Portsmouth, this evening attended a Trafalgar Night Dinner onboard HMS Excellent, Whale Island, Portsmouth, Hampshire.

Kensington Palace

The Duchess of Gloucester, Royal Patron, Progressive Supranuclear Palsy Association, this evening attended the inaugural Progressive Supranuclear Palsy and Corticobasal Degeneration International Research Symposium at the Royal College of Physicians, 11 St Andrew’s Place, London NW1.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Kent, Patron, St Mungo’s, today held a Luncheon at St James’s Palace.
