By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) received His Excellency Mr Carlos Antonio Abad Ortiz at St James’s Palace this morning in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Republic of Ecuador to the Court of St James’s.

Clarence House

The Prince of Wales this morning visited Leighterton Primary School, Boxwell Lane, Leighterton, Tetbury, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gloucestershire (Mr Edward Gillespie).

His Royal Highness afterwards visited Green Fuels Limited, Gloucestershire Science and Technology Park, Berkeley, Gloucestershire.

The Duke of York, Colonel, Grenadier Guards, this evening attended the Fortieth Anniversary Dinner of the Grenadier Guards Norfolk Dining Club, Stower Grange Hotel, Drayton, Norfolk.
