The Queen was represented by the Lady Susan Hussey (Lady in Waiting) at the Funeral of Miss Peggy Hoath (formerly Her Majesty’s Dresser), which was held in the Royal Chapel of All Saints, Windsor Great Park, this afternoon.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex today visited Birkenhead and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside (Mr Mark Blundell).

Their Royal Highnesses this morning unveiled a plaque at the Wilfred Owen statue to mark the rededication of Birkenhead Institute Replacement War Memorial in Hamilton Square.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex afterwards visited No 7 — Feeding Birkenhead, Princes Pavement, Pyramids Shopping Centre.

Their Royal Highnesses later visited Tomorrow’s Women Wirral, Beckwith Street East.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex this afternoon officially opened the Hive Wirral Youth Zone, Bright Street.

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation, this morning held a Meeting.

The Duke of Gloucester, Honorary President, the Somme Association, was represented by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of County Fermanagh (the Viscount Brookeborough) at the Funeral of Dr Ian Adamson (formerly Chairman) which was held in Conlig Presbyterian Church, Main Street, Conlig, County Down.
