Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex this morning reopened the renovated theatre foyer at Bristol Old Vic, King Street, Bristol, and were received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the County and City of Bristol (Mrs Peaches Golding).

Their Royal Highnesses this afternoon visited One25, Grosvenor Road, Bristol.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex later visited Empire Fighting Chance, the Mill, Lower Ashley Road, Bristol.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Honorary Fellow, Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, this morning opened the Physicians’ International Conference Centre, 9 Queen Street, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Francis Ross, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

Her Royal Highness, Chancellor, the University of Edinburgh, this afternoon visited the University of Edinburgh Business School, 29 Buccleuch Place, Edinburgh, to mark the One Hundredth Anniversary of Business Degrees.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Columba 1400, accompanied by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this evening attended a Dinner in Edinburgh.

Appendix to Court Circular

The Duke of York has been pleased to appoint Lieutenant Commander Alex Davies RN to be Equerry to His Royal Highness.

Lieutenant Commander Davies succeeds Captain Edward Monckton who relinquishes his appointment on completion of his tour of duty.
