Her Royal Highness, Honorary Member, the Jockey Club, afterwards attended a Lunch at the Jockey Club Rooms, High Street, Newmarket, and was received by Mr Andrew Merriam (Deputy Lieutenant of Suffolk).

His Royal Highness, Visitor, this afternoon was present at the inaugural parade of Air Cadets at Westminster Academy, 255 Harrow Road, London W2, and addressed the parade, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London (Sir Kenneth Olisa).

The Duke of York, Colonel, Grenadier Guards, this evening held a Dinner for Officers of the Regiment.

St James’s Palace

The Countess of Wessex today carried out the following engagements in Delhi, India.

Her Royal Highness this morning attended a Women, Peace and Security Meeting at the United Service Institution, Rao Tula Ram Marg, opposite Signals Enclave, Anuj Vihar, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.

The Countess of Wessex today attended a Lunch with Indian and British women working in the Women, Peace and Security Agenda given by Brigadier Gavin Thompson (Defence Adviser).

Her Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Centre for United Nations Peacekeeping, Manekshaw Centre, Parade Road, Khyber Lines, Delhi Cantonment,
New Delhi.

The Countess of Wessex, Vice Patron, The Queen Elizabeth Diamond Jubilee Trust, this evening attended a Reception given by the British High Commissioner to India (His Excellency Sir Dominic Asquith) at the Residence in New Delhi, followed by a Dinner.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, President, Royal Yachting Association, this morning visited Emsworth Sailing Club, 55 Bath Road, Emsworth, to mark its centenary and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Hampshire (Mr Nigel Atkinson).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, International Students House, this afternoon attended a Garden Party at Park Crescent Gardens, Great Portland Street, London W1, and was received by Miss Avril McIntyre (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
