The Duke of York this morning opened Templeborough Biomass Power Plant, Sheffield Road, Rotherham, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Yorkshire (Mr Andrew Coombe).

His Royal Highness this afternoon opened University Centre Rotherham, Doncaster Gate, Rotherham.

The Duke of York afterwards visited Doncasters Bramah, Station Road, Halfway, Sheffield.

St James’s Palace

The Princess Royal, Member, International Olympic Committee, and Chairman, International Olympic Committee Members Election Commission, today attended the International Olympic Committee Session at SwissTech Convention Centre, Route Louis-Favre 2, Ecublens, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Her Royal Highness this evening arrived at Heathrow Airport, London, from Switzerland.
