The Princess Royal, Patron, Scottish Rugby Union, accompanied by Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this afternoon attended the international rugby match between Scotland and England at Murrayfield Stadium, Edinburgh, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Edinburgh (Councillor Francis Ross, the Rt Hon the Lord Provost).

The Duchess of Gloucester, Honorary President, the Lawn Tennis Association, this afternoon attended the Fed Cup matches between Slovakia and Great Britain at the National Tennis Centre, Prikopova 6, Bratislava, Slovakia.
