The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh were represented by the Right Reverend David Conner (Dean of Windsor) at the Memorial Service for the Very Reverend Patrick Mitchell (formerly Dean of Windsor) which was held in Wells Cathedral, Somerset, this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales was represented by Mrs Anne Maw.

The Duke of York was represented by Miss Charlotte Manley.

The Princess Royal was represented by Captain Sir Nicholas Wright RN.

The Duke and Duchess of Kent were represented by Mr Nicholas Turnbull.

By command of The Queen, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon Her Excellency Mrs Tamar Beruchashvili at 20 St George’s Square, London SW1, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to Her Excellency upon relinquishing her appointment as Ambassador from Georgia to the Court of St James’s.

The Queen has been pleased to appoint the Reverend Canon Susanna Gunner to be a Chaplain to Her Majesty in succession to the Reverend Dr Emma Ineson upon her appointment as Suffragan Bishop of Penrith.
