The Queen today received Commodore Stephen Moorhouse (outgoing Commanding Officer, HMS Queen Elizabeth) and Captain Angus Essenhigh (incoming Commanding Officer).

Miss Louise Tait was received by Her Majesty this afternoon upon relinquishing her appointment as Scottish Communications Secretary.

The Rt Hon Boris Johnson MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury) had an audience of The Queen via telephone this evening.
