The Prince Charles, Duke of Rothesay this morning visited the Emergency Services teams who responded to the Stonehaven train derailment, Carmont, Stonehaven, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Kincardineshire (Mrs Roderick Kinghorn).
