The Queen was represented by Mrs Morfudd Meredith (Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan) at the Memorial Service for Dr Peter Beck (formerly Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of South Glamorgan) which was held in Llandaff Cathedral, Cardiff, this morning.
