The Countess of Wessex, Patron, UK Armed Forces Winter Sports Association, this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for France.

Her Royal Highness this evening attended the Opening Ceremony of the Inter-Services Snow Sports Championships in Méribel.

The Countess of Wessex later attended a Dinner at Hôtel l’Eterlou, 483 Route Albert Gacon, Méribel les Allues.

Mr Alexander Stonor is in attendance.
