The Duke of Gloucester, Royal Honorary Colonel, this afternoon took the salute at the Freedom of Monmouth Parade of the Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia) at Monmouth Castle and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Gwent (Brigadier Robert Aitken).
