Balmoral Castle

The Queen, Patron, SafeLives, this morning opened the Safe Space at Aberdeen Art Gallery, Schoolhill, Aberdeen, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the City of Aberdeen (Councillor David Cameron, the Lord Provost).

The King was represented by Mr Toby Dennis (His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lincolnshire) at the Memorial Service for Mr Francis Dymoke (His Majesty’s Champion) which was held in Lincoln Cathedral this afternoon.

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Edinburgh, Patron, City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, this morning officially opened Shireland City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra Academy, Providence Place, West Bromwich, and was received by Mr John Wood (Deputy Lieutenant of West Midlands).

The Duchess of Edinburgh this morning visited Walton Charity’s community projects at Burview Hall, Walton-on-Thames, and was received by Ms Christine Howard (Deputy Lieutenant of Surrey).

The Princess Royal, President, UK Fashion and Textile Association, this morning visited Advanced Clothing Solutions, 6 Dovecote Park, Centralpark, Motherwell, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Lanarkshire (the Lady Haughey).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Citizens Advice Scotland, today visited Hamilton Citizens Advice Bureau, 13 Regent Way, Regent Shopping Centre, Hamilton, and was received by Mr Gavin Whitefield (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Lanarkshire).

Kensington Palace

The Duke of Gloucester, Royal Patron, and The Duchess of Gloucester this morning viewed the “Burma to Myanmar” exhibition at the British Museum, Great Russell Street, London WC1.

The Duchess of Gloucester, Royal Patron, Cathedral Music Trust, this afternoon received Mr Jonathan Macdonald (Chairman of the Board of Trustees) and Ms Natasha Morris (Development Director).
