His Royal Highness, Colonel, Scots Guards, afterwards attended a Ceremony of Remembrance at the Guards Memorial, Horse Guards Road, London SW1.

The Duke of Kent this afternoon attended a Reception for All Ranks at Wellington Barracks to commemorate His Royal Highness’s Fiftieth Anniversary as Colonel of the Scots Guards.
