By command of The King, Mr Alistair Harrison (Marshal of the Diplomatic Corps) called upon His Excellency Mr Karel van Oosterom at 38 Hyde Park Gate, London SW7, this afternoon in order to bid farewell to His Excellency upon relinquishing his appointment as Ambassador from the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Court of St James’s.

The Princess Royal, Member, International Olympic Committee, and President, British Olympic Association, accompanied by Vice-Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, today attended the XXXIII Olympic Games in Paris, France.

Her Royal Highness, President, British Olympic Association, accompanied by Admiral Laurence, this evening visited Team GB House, Pavillon d’Armenonville, Allée de Longchamp, Paris.
