The Duchess of Gloucester, Patron, Civil Service Sports Council, this afternoon received Ms Susan Acland-Hood upon assuming her appointment as President and Mr Mark Fisher upon relinquishing his appointment as Chairman and Mr Iain Kirkpatrick upon assuming the appointment.
