The Duke of Edinburgh, Chairman, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation and Association, this morning departed from Heathrow Airport, London, for Monaco and was received this afternoon upon arrival at Nice Côte d’Azur Airport by the Ambassador from the Principality of Monaco to the Court of St James’s (Madame Evelyne Genta).

His Royal Highness, Chairman, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Foundation and Association, accompanied by the Ambassador from the Principality of Monaco to the Court of St James’s, this evening attended a Dinner at the Stelios Foundation Conference Hall, 14 Quai Antoine 1er, Monaco. Mrs Angus Galletley was in attendance.

The Princess Royal, President, the Scotch Chef’s Club, this morning visited Hugh Black and Sons Limited, 83 Port Street, Stirling, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Stirling and Falkirk (Mr Alan Simpson).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Royal Highland Education Trust, this afternoon attended a Food and Farming Day at Solsgirth Home Farm, Dollar, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Clackmannanshire (Lieutenant Colonel Johnny Stewart).

The Princess Royal, Patron, Opportunity International United Kingdom, this evening held a Dinner at St James’s Palace.

Her Royal Highness, Patron, the Institute of Carpenters, this afternoon received Mr Geoffrey Rhodes (President) and Mr John Taylor (Vice President).
