The Princess Royal this morning opened Hull Trinity House Academy, Beverley Road, Kingston upon Hull, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the East Riding of Yorkshire (Mr James Dick).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Sailors’ Children’s Society, this afternoon presented awards at the “Anchor of Celebration” ceremony at Hull Trinity House, Trinity House Lane, Kingston upon Hull.

The Princess Royal, Patron, later attended a Reception at SIA House, Trueman Place, Milton Keynes, to mark the Fiftieth Anniversary of the Spinal Injuries Association and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Buckinghamshire (Countess Howe).

The Duke of Gloucester, Vice Patron, National Churches Trust, this morning received Sir Philip Rutnam (Chairman) and Ms Claire Walker (Chief Executive).
