The Duchess of Edinburgh, Patron, the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association, this morning attended the Buddy Dogs Family Day at the Reading Hub, Hillfields, Burghfield Common, and was received by Mr Mark Sanderson (Deputy Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire).

The Princess Royal this morning visited the Robotic Surgery Unit, Musgrove Park Hospital, Parkfield Drive, Taunton, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Somerset (Mr Mohammed Saddiq).

Her Royal Highness afterwards attended a Reception for the Pride of Somerset Youth Awards winners at Bridgwater and Taunton College, Wellington Road, Taunton.

The Princess Royal was installed as Chancellor of Health Sciences University this afternoon before launching the University at Parkwood Road, Bournemouth, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Dorset (Mr Michael Dooley).

Her Royal Highness, Patron, Save the Children UK, this evening attended the Autumn in the City Dinner at the Savoy, Strand, London WC2, and was received by Colonel Jane Davis (Vice Lord-Lieutenant of Greater London).
