The Hon Manon Jeannotte was received in audience by The King today upon her appointment as Lieutenant Governor of Quebec.
His Majesty this afternoon held a Reception at Buckingham Palace for medallists of the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, at which The Princess Royal and The Duchess of Gloucester were present.
Later The King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, to mark the year of His Majesty’s Silver Jubilee, visited The King and remained to Tea.
The Queen, Patron, the Royal British Legion Poppy Factory, was represented by The Duchess of Gloucester this morning when Her Royal Highness planted a Cross of Remembrance in the Royal British Legion Field of Remembrance at St Margaret’s Church, Westminster Abbey, London SW1.

His Royal Highness this morning visited the National Sea Rescue Institute, De Neys Road, Simon’s Town.
The Prince of Wales, Founder and President, the Earthshot Prize, afterwards visited Abalobi, 2023 Earthshot Prize finalist, at Kalk Bay Harbour.
His Royal Highness, Founder and President, the Earthshot Prize, this afternoon attended a Seaweed Innovation Showcase at the Portside Tower, 5 Buitengracht Street.
The Prince of Wales later departed Cape Town International Airport for the United Kingdom.

The Duke of Edinburgh this afternoon attended the General Assembly of the International Criminal Police Organisation at the Scottish Event Campus, Glasgow, and was received by Dr Paul Little (Deputy Lieutenant of the City of Glasgow).

The Princess Royal, Vice Patron, the British Horse Society, this morning attended the Annual Awards and Race Day at Newbury Racecourse and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of the Royal County of Berkshire (Mr Andrew Try).

The Duke of Gloucester this afternoon visited Image on Food Limited, 7 Burnside Business Park, Market Drayton, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of Shropshire (Mrs Anna Turner).
His Royal Highness afterwards visited Market Drayton Festival Centre, Frogmore Road, Market Drayton.
The Duke of Gloucester later visited Joule’s Brewery, Great Hales Street, Market Drayton.
His Royal Highness subsequently visited Pell Wall Hall, Newport Road, Market Drayton.
