Balmoral Castle

The President of the Republic of Sierra Leone visited The King this morning at Dumfries House, Cumnock, Ayrshire.

His Majesty, Royal Founding President, this afternoon launched The King’s Foundation’s Thirty Fifth Anniversary Year at Dumfries House, before meeting students, alumni, volunteers and members of the local community.

Later, the Rt Hon John Swinney MSP (First Minister of the Scottish Government) was received in audience by The King.

The Amir of the State of Kuwait this evening visited The King at Dumfries House.

His Majesty, accompanied by His Highness, afterwards unveiled a new tartan to mark the One Hundred and Twenty Fifth Anniversary of United Kingdom-Kuwait relations.

The King, Royal Founding President, later held a Dinner at Dumfries House to mark the Thirty Fifth Anniversary of The King’s Foundation.

The Princess Royal, on behalf of The King, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this morning.

Her Royal Highness, on behalf of His Majesty, held an Investiture at Windsor Castle this afternoon.

Kensington Palace

The Prince of Wales, Patron, College of Paramedics, this afternoon attended the Emergency and Critical Care Conference at Birmingham Conference and Events Centre, Hill Street, Birmingham, and was received by His Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant of West Midlands (Dr Derrick Anderson).

St James’s Palace

The Duke of Edinburgh, Chancellor, University of Bath, this morning visited the Wheelchair Fencing National Training Centre, Claverton Down, Bath, Somerset.

His Royal Highness, Chancellor, later presided at a Degree Congregation for the University of Bath at Bath Abbey.

The Duchess of Edinburgh this morning visited L’Arche London, 9-13 Norwood High Street, London SE27, and was received by Mr Anthony Griffiths (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).

Her Royal Highness today visited Community Shop Lambeth, Vale Street, London SE27.

Kensington Palace

The Duke and Duchess of Gloucester this morning attended the Senior Serving and Retired Officers’ Briefing at the Army and Navy Club, 36-39 Pall Mall, London SW1.

The Duke of Gloucester, Colonel-in-Chief, Royal Army Medical Service, and The Duchess of Gloucester, Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, with The Duchess of Edinburgh, Deputy Colonel-in-Chief, this afternoon at Kensington Palace received Major General Timothy Hodgetts (Master General Medical), Brigadier Graham Johnson (Head Healthcare and Strategic Plans) and Colonel Helen Winder (Corps Colonel), following the amalgamation of the Royal Army Medical Corps, the Royal Army Dental Corps and Queen Alexandra’s Royal Army Nursing Corps.
